His published work includes RMIS industry evaluations dating to 1985, a monthly column in Business Insurance, articles in leading risk management publications, and contributions to the RMIS Review and RMIS Report series.
His presentations have addressed RMIS selection, claims technology, data analytics, and technology strategies for public entities and insurance pools.
